We strictly accept under warranty products for warranty claims.
If your product is faulty or received wrong, damaged item please report us immediately on RMA Form.
If products become faulty within warranty period. It must be reported to us on blow Return Form (RMA form) .We will notify you with return number if your return is accepted and you are eligible to send it back for repair or replacement.
To claim warranty;
- Products must not have repaired attempted.
- No alteration in hardware of software should be made.
- Missing parts or unauthorised installation of any hardware or software will void warranty.
- Products musts be returned in original condition as it was sold.
- Products sent to us without RMA process will be rejected and returned back.
- Incomplete RMA forms will be rejected.
- Repair , replacement or credit note can only be issued for all faulty products.
