Orders & Delivery
Delivery will be to the UK address only specified in Your Order. We offer standard delivery service without insurance however insurance option is available at extra cost, please let us know before placing the order if you like to ensure your goods. We shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Product if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond Our control and if Currier company fails to fulfil it.
Please note we are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and Orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver.
Your expected delivery date will be confirmed one order is confirmed. We aim to orders within 1 to 2 working days, usually next working day if order is placed and paid before 2pm. ALL deliveries will be made between 8am to 5pm – Monday-Saturday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays).
Additional cost will be charged for deliveries to following areas, please contact us before placing the order.
- The Scottish Highlands and Islands,
- Isle of Wight,
- Isle of Man,
- Northern Ireland
If your product is faulty or received wrong, damaged item please report us immediately within 48 hours on RMA Form.
If products become faulty within warranty period. It must be reported to us on Return Form (RMA form) which can be download from dashboard by logging into your account. Completed form should be sent to : email@example.com for approval. We will notify you with return number if your return is accepted and you are eligible to send it back for repair or replacement.
